WHAT IS HAPPENING?
Representatives from TMC Environmental Services will be extracting gray water from the tunnel system. The tunnel system will also be sanitized at this time.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
A vacuum truck will be utilized to extract the gray water from the tunnel system. During performance of this work, workers will wear personal and respiratory protection. The work area will be demarcated with yellow “Caution, Do Not Enter” tape and this notice during the activity. During extraction, negative air will be established in the tunnel. Noise from the negative air machines and vacuum trucks can be expected.

TMC Environmental will remove 232 Square Feet of Vinyl Asbestos Floor Tile and associated Adhesive. Less than 10 linear feet of window calking / glazing will also be removed.

DURATION OF WORK:

Completion Date:                   Thursday, September 11, 2014
Hours:                                    7:00am- 3:30pm

WHAT TO EXPECT:
The removal of the VAT will take place in an airtight containment under negative pressure. During removal, workers will wear personal and respiratory protection and will use engineering controls. The work area will be demarcated with yellow “Caution, Do Not Enter” tape as well as this notice during the activity. This area should not be entered unless an IDLH (Imminent Danger to Life and Health) situation occurs. If Entry is necessary personal and respiratory protection should be worn. During removal, Noise similar to light construction can be expected.
A small tent will be constructed on the exterior of the building during the window calking / glazing removal.
