As part of renovations, Environmental Hazards Management, Inc. will remove 660 sq. ft. of plaster ceiling, 660 sq. ft. of carpeting and 660 sq. ft. of vinyl floor tile and corresponding mastic adhesive.

DURATION OF WORK

Start Date: Monday, September 24, 2018
End Date: Monday, October 8, 2018
Hours: 6:00 am – 4:00 pm

WHAT TO EXPECT:

A containment area under negative pressure will be constructed in rooms 333 and 334. There will be a 3-stage decontamination tent erected in hallway covered by hard barrier. During abatement, workers will wear personal and respiratory protection. Areas will be clearly marked and should not be entered unless a situation posing an Immediate Danger to Life and Health (IDLH) occurs, and if possible, this entry should be made with personal and respiratory protection.

A containment area under negative pressure will be constructed in ROOM 109. Sections of flooring from room 201 may be removed to gain better access to crawl tunnel.
